Jin I-soo is a lucky guy; he's a third-generation heir of a Hansu conglomerate. Born into luxury, he's never had to worry about anything in his life. He runs a YouTube channel specializing in travel and exploration to exotic destinations, living a carefree life, even skipping an important strategic meeting at the company, much to his father Jin Myeong Chul's dismay. Seeing this, his older brother Seung Ju texts to check on him. However, I-soo continues sleeping until he receives a notification about a beautiful girl being kidnapped.

I-soo, now filled with passion, gets ready to rescue the damsel in distress. He suits up in his special forces attire, hops into one of his super motorbike, and speeds off. His personal assistant calls someone, requesting them to prepare a support team.

I-soo meets up with his teammates and storms into a shopping mall where the girl is held captive. They skillfully and swiftly fight, rescuing the girl. However, it turns out to be all just a game, and everyone was hired by I-soo to indulge in his whims.

The assistant also arrives at the mall and instructs the janitorial staff to clean up the mess I-soo and his friends made. One of the cleaners asks if rich people always indulge like this, to which he replies, even more recklessly.

Meanwhile, real cops Choi Kyung-jin and Park Jun-young from the Violent Crime Investigation Team 1 are out of breath chasing a suspected murderer. Their boss, Lee Gang Huyn, soon joins them in her SUV. She corners the suspect and uses a taser gun to subdue him before her subordinates arrive.

They bring the suspect back to the station, where he reveals he was hired to accompany the actual murderer but didn't know anything. Gang Huyn then devises a plan with her team to capture the real murderer.

Meanwhile, I-soo rents out an entire club to host an after-work party for his team and realizes his friend is missing, so he goes out to search for him. I-Soo finds Youngwan smoking in his car. Youngwan offers him drugs, but I-Soo, being a person of integrity, not only refuses but also scolds him and makes him quit drugs. Then, he reminds Youngwan that if he doesn't stop using drugs, he will shut down his company. Just then, the parking agent interrupts and asks him to pay for parking. I-Soo gives him his card and asks him to find a driving service for Youngwan, who shouldn't drive in his state.

At that moment, Seong Ju calls I-Soo to reprimand him for not attending the morning meeting. Seong Ju insists that I-Soo must attend the meeting tomorrow morning.

When I-Soo returns to Youngwan's car, he finds him gone, harassing someone for a lighter. The person panics upon seeing I-Soo approaching because he is wearing a police uniform. He bumps into I-Soo's friend and flees.

Meanwhile, Gang-hyun ends the retreat as the person they are waiting for doesn't show up. On their way back, she sees I-Soo chasing the man who harassed Youngwan and follows them. I-Soo corners the man in a dead-end alley, and he pulls out his knife. However, I-Soo is skilled in martial arts and easily breaks the man's arm and disarms him.

When Gang-hyun arrives, she sees I-Soo standing over the unconscious man's body and mistakenly thinks I-Soo is the aggressor, so she apprehends him for assault. At the police station, Jun-young informs Gang-hyun that the person she detained is the youngest son of the Hansu Group, the wealthiest conglomerate in the country. Jin I-Soo is also social media celebrity.

Kyung-jin turns out to be a fan of I-Soo. He thinks I-Soo is great, while Jun-young and Gang-hyun think he's eccentric and seeking attention. Gang-hyun's superior orders her to release I-Soo, but she insists on holding him for investigation because he was caught assaulting someone on the street and he was drunk.

Gang-hyun then enters the interrogation room with I-Soo, only to find out that he is not only wealthy and skilled in martial arts but also has a law degree and confronts Gang-hyun himself.

Gang-hyun charges him with assaulting someone, but I-Soo claims it was self-defense after the man attacked him and his friend Youngwan. However, Youngwan refuses to testify because he is still using drugs and doesn't want to go to the police station. This leads to I-Soo being held overnight in a jail cell. I-Soo is grossed out by how dirty the cell is.

Meanwhile, Kyung-jin boasts to his friends about I-Soo's arrest, and a reporter, Lee Gi-seok, overhears the conversation at the police station. He goes to the cell to check and sees I-Soo inside. The next morning, I-Soo's dad and brother prepare for their press conference. Myeong Chul asks Seung Ju about I-Soo, and he tells him that I-Soo is coming. Myeong seems disappointed and tells him to send I-Soo to a company branch abroad because he's such a failure. Jo Hee Ja, Myeong Chul's wife, also joins them, and they all go to the press conference, where Myeong Chul announces his candidacy for the position of city mayor.

However, reporter Gi-seok interrupts him and asks if he knows about his second son's arrest and that his victim is still unconscious. Everyone is shocked by this news, and Myeong Chul rushes to the police station to get I-Soo out. He slaps I-Soo and lets him know how disappointed he is in him. He tells Seung-Ju to fire I-Soo from the company and not let their legal team help I-Soo because he wants I-Soo to face the consequences of his actions and emphasizes that he is nothing without his support. Seung-Ju promises to help I-Soo deal with the issue, while I-Soo insists he did nothing wrong.

Meanwhile, Gang-hyun thinks about I-Soo's insistence that he did nothing wrong and decides to return to the scene to investigate. Just as I-Soo said, she finds the knife that I-Soo said the guy used to attack him and Youngwan. Furthermore, Gang-hyun takes fingerprints from the unconscious man in the hospital, and he turns out to be a convicted criminal involved in two robbery cases.

She then reports to her boss, and they are worried about how to handle the aftermath after discovering that they arrested and detained I-Soo under false charges. They plan to blame everything on Gang-hyun and discipline her. However, at that moment, Seung-Ju enters the office with his legal team. To help maintain the police's credibility and restore the Chairman of the Hansu Group's image, Seung-ju proposes announcing in a press conference that I-Soo is an undercover police agent who has been working with the police for the past two months to help them catch a murderer. Gang-hyun has to state at the press conference that the special police force hired I-Soo because of his lawyer license.

Gang-hyun has no choice but to comply with Seung-ju's plan because her career and her team's are threatened. The police chief mentions Gang-hyun's father humiliating the police force in the past, which seems to be Gang-hyun's weakness.

Meanwhile, Seung-ju persuades I-Soo to agree to the deal between them and the police station that I-Soo is now a police officer.

In the press conference, Gang-hyun criticizes SBC reporter Gi-seok's report as misinformation and commends I-Soo for completing the mission. After being released, I-Soo meets Young-hwan, who is waiting at home to apologize for lying to the police, causing I-Soo to be arrested. He says he was afraid the police would conduct a drug test, but I-Soo no longer cares. Elsewhere, Kyung-jin is excited to work with I-Soo, while other team members, Jun-young and Gang-hyun, feel differently, thinking I-Soo is just a spoiled brat.

That night, I-Soo sees his new police uniform on the table, triggering memories of the accident that killed his mother. The next morning, Seung-ju summons a press conference regarding I-Soo's case.

Meanwhile, I-Soo goes to the police station and begins his first day of work amidst the solemn welcome of the entire police department. Gang-hyun and Jun-young are tasked with being two mascots to welcome I-Soo. I-Soo is thrilled to see that and offer to shake hands with Gang-hyun.
