The entire school continues to chase after Hye-in. As they close in, Hye-in dashes into a corner and is pulled into a room, which turns out to be the art room, by a girl who introduces herself as Oh Si-eun. Si-eun asks if Hye-in is okay, then offers her a pair of old sneakers because she has left her expensive high heels behind while being chased by the entire school. Hye-in thanks Si-eun for the shoes and learns that her photo is circulating all over the school forum because Je-na has ordered a hunt for her.

Si-eun also informs her about the Diamond Club, notorious for leading bullying activities in the school. For a moment, when Hye-in feels the space quiet and assumes the other students have left, she sneaks out.

Hye-in recalls the promise Do-eon had made to help her when needed. She texts him for help. However, before Do-eon can arrive, other students spot Hye-in and quickly surround her.

Hye-in threatens to record the students bullying her and report them to the police, but they are unfazed. They claim their families can bribe the police and halt any investigation. They begin to corner her, but Hye-in decides to jump from the second floor and lands on the ground. Fortunately, Do-eon catches her head to prevent her from hitting the ground.

On her way home, Jena receives a call from Yul-hee and Woo-jin, informing her that Do-eon has saved Hye-in. She remembers how her father's mistress trapped him and how Do-eon was trapped by Hae-in. That evening, Jena is furious as she has to have dinner with Mr. Baek and his mistress. She is even more infuriated when she learns that her father has proposed to the woman and asked her to marry him. The woman gleefully informs Jena that she is twelve weeks pregnant with Mr. Baek's child. Jena storms out of the restaurant immediately. At school, Do-eon helps Hye-in and takes her to the rooftop. He tends to her wounds and confesses his love for Hae-in. He regrets not being able to help when Hae-in had an accident, but now he wants to help Hye-in. Hye-in thinks to herself that she wants to make a lot of money for the rest of her life while the girls around her want to become Cinderella. She eventually realizes that Cinderella became wealthy because she married a wealthy prince and wonders if she can seduce Do-eon to make that a reality.

However, Do-eon shatters her dreams when he asks her about the accident and wonders if she saw who pushed Hae-in off the roof. At that moment, Hye-in realizes that Do-eon was kind to her because he wants to know about her friend Hae-in's accident and stands up, intending to leave. Do-eon persuades Hye-in to pretend to date him to ensure that she is not bullied by the students. The next day, Hye-in goes to school on Do-eon's car and walks hand in hand with him, shocking all the students.

The girls at school ask Hye-in about her relationship with Do-eon and wonder how someone like her could make the director's son like her. Do-eon's friend, other members of the Diamond Club, ask him if he's really dating Hye-in and he asks them to leave her alone. So-mang meets Hye-in in the abandoned restroom where she asks about her relationship with Do-eon. She ignores it and walks out, leaving So-mang with many questions.

In class, the girls change their faces and appear friendly to Hye-in, the bullies no longer bother her, and shortly after, a girl invites Hye-in to an exclusive party for Cheongdam schoolgirls. Hye-in tells Sun-joo about the invitation and Sun-joo thinks she should definitely go because it's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for her.

Hye-in agrees to attend the party and borrows a dress from Na-yeon with a promise to help her get into the party next year. Na-yeon tells Hye-in that she needs to take care of the dress and return it as it was originally after the party ends. That evening, Sun-joo takes Hye-in to the party.

However, as she enters, Hye-in feels out of place among the other wealthy girls. The waiter brings wine and Hye-in takes a glass, just as she is about to drink, another girl deliberately bumps into her. Hye-in falls but manages to prevent the wine from spilling.

Yul-hee appears and extends her hand to help Hye-in up. Just then, Jena enters the room. Hye-in reaches out her hand to Yul-hee to help her up, but she pretends to withdraw her hand halfway through. Hye-in falls due to the loss of balance, and the red wine spills all over her expensive dress.

At this moment, Hye-in realizes that she has fallen into Jena's trap and her henchmen's hands.
