Not only does Hye-in stop there, but she also notices them beginning to get frisky. She grabs the necklace that Hae-in has given her and wonders what kind of person Hae-in truly is.

The next day at school, Do-eon meets and asks Hye-in to be his plus one to attend Woo-jin and Yul-hee's fifth anniversary party. Hye-in reluctantly agrees.

Later, Si-eun drags her into the abandoned restroom and reminds her of their seven-day deal, threatening to send Hye-in's video immediately. However, Hye-in still insists that Je-na isn't the culprit.

Hye-in shows her the USB about Hae-in with the intention of revealing the truth, but Si-eun is unsurprised. She already knows that Hae-in has threatened Je-na, or rather, she is the one who has threatened Hye-in to do so.

A flashback scene shows Hae-in in the restroom worried after someone sends her the video of her and Woo-jin, threatening to send it to Do-eon, revealing Hae-in's true colors. The anonymous person turns out to be Si-eun, who wants revenge on Je-na. She knows that Je-na will want to protect Yul-hee from Woo-jin's betrayal and will comply with Hae-in's demands. However, things take a wild turn when Je-na pushes Hae-in and almost kills her. Back to the present, Si-eun again threatens to reveal Hye-in's video and leaves.

So-mang happens to be hiding in the restroom at that time and overhears the entire conversation. He wants to help Hye-in and suggests calling the police, but Hye-in is certain that the police won't help a vulnerable person like her. So-mang jokes that only praying to God about Si-eun will help.

That night, Hye-in joins Do-eon at Yul-hee and Woo-jin's fifth anniversary party. Do-eon and Hye-in go outside to get some air, and Hye-in wonders if Do-eon truly understands Hae-in. Do-eon affirms that to him, Hae-in is an innocent and lovely girl. Hye-in decides not to tell him about Hae-in's secret, and the two return to the party.

Hye-in notices the necklace Yul-hee is wearing and asks Je-na about it. Je-na tells her that the necklace is a limited edition and very difficult to obtain, even with money.

Later, Do-eon and Je-na get into an argument. Je-na believes that Do-eon has become foolish since he started his relationship with Hae-in. Je-na says she doesn't hate Hae-in because she is poor but because Hae-in is a bad person. Do-eon is sure that Je-na is the one who pushed Hae-in and harmed her.

With no other way to make Do-eon believe her, Je-na reveals that on that night, Hae-in had arranged to meet her on the rooftop and used secrets from her and others like Woo-jin to extort money.

At this point, all attention shifts to Woo-jin, and it is finally revealed that he has slept with Hae-in. This turns their fifth anniversary party into a disaster, with Do-eon and Woo-jin fighting each other while Yul-hee breaks down in tears.

A flashback shows Hae-in in the bathroom receiving the hidden recorded video of her and Woo-jin, but instead of fear, she is actually excited and sinisterly laughing.

Hae-in then proceeds to threaten and extort money from Je-na. She also sends the video to Woo-jin and extorts money from him. Hae-in speaks to Je-na with bitterness, saying she is jealous that Je-na has everything while she has to climb up from nothing.

At the current moment, Je-na comforts Yul-hee and feels guilty for letting her know the truth on her happy day, but Je-na still feels that what she did was right.

To her surprise, Yul-hee lets her know she already knew that Woo-jin cheated on her. But she wants to keep it a secret and acts like she doesn't know anything. Yul-hee leaves when Je-na is shocked to know that everyone around her is putting on a mask to hide something.

That same night, Hye-in takes Je-na home and shows her the necklace she collected from Hae-in's hand the night she fell from the rooftop. Later, Yul-hee also tells Woo-jin that she accidentally lost the necklace, and he bought her a new one.

Hye-in tells Je-na that Yul-hee was the one who pushed Hae-in from the rooftop out of jealousy. A flashback scene shows Yul-hee appearing on the rooftop after Je-na left.

Yul-hee and Hae-in fight each other, the two girls arguing and pulling each other's hair when Yul-hee accidentally pushes Hae-in off the rooftop while Hae-in pulls Yul-hee's necklace as she falls down in the same spot where Hye-in is standing.

The next day, Hye-in goes to school and receives a text from Si-eun urging her to report Je-na before midnight. This time, Hye-in disregards fate and enters the school.

In the hallway, a girl wearing expensive shoes enters Hee-seo's office. That night, Yul-hee and Woo-jin argue, but she "forgives" him for deceiving her.

Hye-in calls Si-eun because she has something to tell her. However, Si-eun is on the rooftop preparing to upload Hye-in's video.

Hye-in rushes back to the school to meet Si-eun when someone pushes Si-eun off the rooftop. Si-eun falls right into the same spot where Hae-in fell, while Hye-in witnesses the second incident as she stands in a position similar to the first time. In the hospital, Do-eon comes to visit an unconscious Hae-in when suddenly she wakes up from her coma.
